How long does shipping take? 

Please note that all orders have a processing time of 3-7 days before being shipped out. 

Domestic Shipping:
We offer standard shipping with USPS which take anywhere from 2-7 days to be delivered. 

International Shipping:
At this time we do not ship internationally. 

Does my order qualify for free shipping?

Orders that are $75.00 and over qualify for free shipping.

My package was lost/stolen

Once your package has left the facilities, ThreeIVSeven can not be held accountable for any lost, stolen or mis-delivered packages.

Please contact the carrier assigned to your order and see if they have any insight. If they are unable to assist, please email us at info@threeivseven.com so we can work with you to resolve this.


What payments are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal - we do not accept cash, check, Venmo, Bitcoin, or money orders.

Why was my order cancelled?

Although this rarely occurs, we will occasionally cancel orders under the suspicion of fraud. We have metrics in place to protect all of our customers and if flags are raised, an order cancellation may be necessary. If this does occur, we will contact you immediately with an explanation. 

ThreeIVSeven reserves the right to cancel any order.


What if my package arrives damaged?

We take every precaution to ensure your candle arrives to you as quickly and safely as possible, however on rare occasion, breakage may occur in transit. If this has happened, please send us an email at info@threeivseven.com with the following: 

  • Photos of the packaging and candle if possible 
  •  Quantity of broken candles as well as the order number  and we'll send a replacement ASAP.  

Please ask for a refund OR a replacement If you feel your candle has a manufacturer defect, please follow the steps above so we can solve your issue as quickly as possible. 

Sending the above information does not guarantee you will receive a refund or replacement. 


What are the wholesale minimums and requirements?

Wholesale orders can be ordered through Faire portal in the ‘wholesale’ tab. To inquire about wholesale please fill out the form on the ‘contact us’ tab to receive more information. 

I entered the wrong address. Can I change it?

Unfortunately we cannot change the shipping address for orders that have already been processed or have gone out, and the U.S. Postal Service is not able to change delivery addresses once an order has been shipped. 

ThreeIVSeven is not responsible for mis-delivered packages if the wrong shipping address was entered during checkout.
